We have a number of sites available throughout Scotland with or subject to planning permission for the construction of purpose built care homes. Our experience in this area is extensive as we have acquired many sites for corporate operators.
We also work with a developer who has several sites in the south east and south west of the UK. Sites are available in south Wales, Devon, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire where leasing or turnkey options are available. With a 5% deposit, we can arrange for a 12 month delayed completion on a turnkey project allowing the operator to establish the business in the area prior to financial completion.
Through contacts in Ireland, we can also offer many sites in that country along with turnkey projects either for sale or for lease.
